To our Fabulous Fifth Graders,

 

    We are so excited to be your teachers this year! Fifth grade is a special year full of many exciting activities! We will surely have a great year together! 

     We hope you had a wonderful summer making many magical memories with family and friends! Mrs. Bonilla had a great summer spending time with her sons, Caleb and Jordan. She had the opportunity to travel with family to Puerto Rico, eat chocolate in Hershey, and relax in Bethany Beach. Mrs. Newman had a fun-filled summer with family and friends. She enjoyed time on the water either boating or kayaking and also went to South Carolina. 

    Fifth grade will certainly be a year to remember! You will have the opportunity to participate in so many new activities! During the school day, you will build upon and expand your knowledge in math, language arts, science, and social studies. In addition, you will have the opportunity to go above and beyond by challenging yourself to think critically in all subject areas.

    Our school meet and greet day will be held on August 25th, and we hope to see you there. Be sure to check out our fifth grade supply list on the NES webpage and also on our class page. You are welcome to bring your supplies with you on this day!

    We hope you enjoy the last bit of your summer vacation. We are excited to spend the upcoming school year together and for all you will experience in fifth grade!
